Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Training the instructors, building up a training organization, guaranteed availability of training personnel and infrastructure, procurement of training material etc. is expensive and puts a heavy burden on the operational budget.
A TNA is a systematic process to identify specific training needs and determine the training requirement so as to design the most effective and cost-efficient training environment possible.
The TNA process used at AC&S is based on a repeating, product based 3-phase approach which provides a verifiable evaluation path from which the expert training is derived and the procurement of the training equipment determined.
